FUN FACT: Our brewing philosophy was inspired by the Reinheitsgebot, the German Beer Purity Law. This law was introduced in 1516 by Duke Wilhelm IV of Bavaria. The decree allows for only hops, barley, and water. Later, after yeast was discovered to be a key ingredient, it too was added. The oldest food law in the world is directly responsible for our amazing craft beer!
