Our food truck partners, DOWN TO FRY, are serving up some scrumptious Cinco de Mayo inspired dishes.
- Loaded Nachos : Freshly fried to order salted tortilla chips topped with your choice of seasoned ground beef or pork. Comes with your choice of black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black olives, Jalapeño. Served with sour cream and fresh pico de gallo OR Salsa
- Taco Fry Bowl: A bed of crispy sidewinder fries topped with nacho cheese, seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, onions, fresh pico de gallo and drizzled with sour cream.
- Mary's Homemade Chicken Tortilla Soup: Tender chicken, chunks of tomatoes, black beans, corn, onions, cheese - seasoned to perfection and topped with crunchy tortilla strips, sour cream, and chives (or Cilantro).
-Mikey's Mexican Dog: 100% all beef grilled hotdog topped with black beans, melty queso, fresh pico de gallo, avocado, and finished off with a drizzle of sour cream and cilantro.
- Taco Salad: A bed of fresh greens topped with your choice of seasoned beef or pork, onions, tomatoes, corn, black beans, shredded cheese, avocado, and tortilla strips. Served with your choice of pico de gallo and sour cream OR homemade cilantro lime dressing
- Tortilla Chips & Dip Try: A heaping helping of freshly fried to order salted tortilla chips served with 3 dips (Queso, Salsa or Pico de Gallo and homemade guacamole)
